Relaxing sound journey

Warmly welcome to enjoy a relaxing sound journey on Thursdays once a month at. 18.00-19.30 at Vammalan Seuratalo, Sastamala ✨

The singing bowl concert will take you on a sound journey, where in addition to singing bowls, many other therapeutic instruments will be played 🎶

This sound journey is a wonderful experience that offers the mind and body a moment of rest in the midst of hectic everyday life.

At the end of the evening, it is wonderful to head home relaxed and prepare for sleep. 

This evening we have wonderful crystal bowls that play mainly at a frequency of 432 Hz, which also includes 741 Hz, 639 Hz, 528 Hz and 256 Hz, as well as many other therapeutic instruments.

For an hour, you can lie under a blanket with your eyes closed and just relax, listening to the harmony and vibration of the bowls. Your breathing becomes more even and deeper, your heart rate drops and your mind calms down. 

Take time for yourself ♥️

You are welcome to be yourself, whether it is your first time participating or you have been there many times. There is no performance in any event, you can just be in the moment exactly as the moment calls you to be and just stop and listen to yourself, let go of all the trying and doing.

Bring your own platform (yoga mat, camping mattress, sun lounger cushion), pillow and blanket. During the sound journey you can lie comfortably under a blanket, or you can also sit if you wish. You can borrow a yoga mat, let us know in the registration message if you need it. Dress in comfortable and relaxed clothes, and also bring some warm clothes, because when the body relaxes, it often gets cold. Remember to also bring a water bottle. At the beginning and end, there is a short time reserved for discussion, and bowl playing for approx. 60 min.
