Relaxing sound journey with singing bowls (crystal bowls)

Warmly welcome to enjoy a small group sound journey on Tue 31.3.26 at 19.00-20.30 to the atmospheric Pirtti, built in 1861 and brimming with history in the Niemenranta area 🌷

A wonderful moment to stop the hustle and bustle of everyday life and dig yourself under a blanket to relax. The Pirtti has a wonderfully serene atmosphere and the beautiful log walls and wooden floor provide a wonderful setting for a singing bowl concert. 

The Pirtti has excellent transport connections and from Tampere. For example, the journey from Pyynikintori takes about 10 minutes by tram and the walk from the tram stop to Pirtti is about 400m.

The singing bowl concert takes you on a sound journey, where in addition to singing bowls, many other therapeutic instruments play.

This sound journey is a healing experience that offers the mind and body a moment of rest in the midst of hectic everyday life.

At the end of the evening, it is wonderful to head home relaxed and prepare for sleep. 

This evening, the main characters are the magnificent crystal bowls 🎶

in addition to which the sound world is enlivened by many other therapeutic instruments.

Take time for yourself ♥️

For an hour, you can lie under a blanket with your eyes closed and just relax, listening to the harmony and vibration of the bowls. Breathing becomes more even and deeper, heart rate decreases and the mind calms down. 

Bring your own mat (yoga mat, camping mattress, sun lounger cushion), pillow and blanket. The rhythmic bath is best enjoyed lying comfortably under a blanket, or you can sit if you wish. You can borrow a yoga mat, just let us know in the registration message if you need one. Dress in comfortable and relaxed clothes, and also bring some warm clothes, as the body often gets cold when it relaxes. Wool socks are the best. Remember to also bring a water bottle. There is a short time reserved for discussion at the beginning and end, and toasts for approx. 60 minutes.
