Danish conductor Thomas Dausgaard brings the sounds of Romanticism from the heart of Scandinavia to Tampere. Johan Svendsen's Second Symphony is a rarely heard gem, while Carl Nielsen’s Fourth Symphony, portraying unquenchable zest for life, is among the Danish composer’s most beloved music. Andreas Brantelid will perform his showpiece, the Rococo Variations, which nods to 18th-century elegance.

Tickets: Single tickets will go on sale Mon 2 Dec at 9 PM: adults 32 € / pensioners 25 € / students, unemployed and conscripts 15 € / children under 18 years 10 €. You can buy tickets from the Tampere Hall ticket office, Aplodi and the Lippupiste online store (Lippupiste adds service fees and possible shipping fees to ticket prices).
