Relaxing sound journey with singing bowls

Warmly welcome to enjoy a relaxing sound journey on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at. 18.00-19.30 at Vammalan Seuratalo, Sastamala✨ 

Give yourself a moment to let go of your everyday worries and give your nervous system a chance to recover on a journey of wonderful melodies and vibrations✨ The last sound journey in Sastamala so far.

The singing bowl concert will take you on a sound journey, where in addition to singing bowls, many other therapeutic instruments will be played.

This sound journey is a healing experience that offers the mind and body a moment of rest in the midst of hectic everyday life.

At the end of the evening, it is wonderful to head home relaxed and prepare for sleep.

This evening we offer wonderful crystal bowls with different frequencies, traditional Tibetan bowls, as well as many other therapeutic instruments.

For an hour, you can lie on a blanket with your eyes closed below and just relax listening to the melody and vibration of the bowls. Your breathing will become more even and deeper, your heart rate will drop and your mind will calm down. 

Take time for yourself ♥️

You are welcome to be yourself, whether you are participating for the first time or have been there many times. There is no performance in any event, you can just be in that moment exactly as that moment calls you to be and just stop and listen to yourself, let go of all the trying and doing.

Bring an exercise mat, camping mat or something similar that is comfortable to lie on, as well as a blanket and pillow (a few mats available for loan). It is worth wearing warm, comfortable and relaxed clothes and bringing wool socks (it usually gets a little chilly when relaxing). The space is not completely dark, so a sleep mask, eye patches or even just a small towel in front of your eyes will help you focus on the sounds even better by closing one sense. There is a short time reserved at the beginning and end for discussion, clinking glasses for about 60 minutes.
