Kaunis veli is a singer-songwriter from Tampere, influenced by obscure folk music, old poems, art rock and the overwhelming complexity and beauty of human existence.
Kaunis veli makes songs about a world where the sun is too bright and the water is endlessly deep. Together with saxophonist Pyry Pynnönen and guitar, Kaunis veli dresses his songs in a delicate and stripped-down expression.
