This sauna day is for you if you want to deepen your relationship with sauna.

At the traditional saunas of Niemi-Kapee you will experience high-quality sauna bathing in beautiful countryside surroundings – the soft heat of the smoke sauna, the nurturing steam of the old wood-heated sauna, and the deeper dimension of traditional sauna culture come together in this day.

Present is traditional sauna practitioner Sauna Kata, whose guided sauna ceremonies and sauna treatments take the sauna experience beyond the surface.

A traditional sauna practitioner creates a space that is more than just a sauna –

it becomes a gateway to something ancient.

The warmth of the steam, whisking with birch branches, rhythm, and traditional sauna chants calm the nervous system and restore connection to the body in a way that can be felt long after the sauna.

During the Traditional Sauna Day you will experience:

– A guided sauna ceremony: different whisking techniques, body scrubs, folk traditions and chants

– The authentic heat of a smoke sauna

– Individual sauna treatments
