LUX Korkeakoski – Autumn's most luminous experience

The darkness of autumn will be dispelled when Lux Korkeakoski lights up Wallenius Wapriikki in Juupajoki on Friday and Saturday, September 25–26, from 7:30 p.m. to 1:01 p.m.

The seventh family-friendly light event will lead visitors to the atmosphere of an old factory environment, where history, light, music and performance art come together. Tour the indoor and outdoor spaces, marvel at the light art, stop to watch the light and fire shows and enjoy live music until late at night.

The evening's atmosphere will be complemented by the Tea and Coffee House Singer, which serves A-licensees, and delicious food.

Come and experience how light transforms the old factory into a magical experience. Find your place among the lights and stay to enjoy the evening with music, drinks and atmosphere.

Light art in a factory setting

When the evening falls, the indoor and outdoor spaces of Wallenius Wapriikki are filled with light. Experience light installations and light works that make the old factory setting appear in a completely new light. Walk around, stop, marvel and find your own favorites.

Come for the lights – stay for the music, good food, drinks and atmosphere. Lux Korkeakoski is an evening when the old factory comes to life. Lights, art, fire, music and a unique setting make up the experience. Live music continues until late at night and the café offers a waffle buffet, burgers, cold and hot drinks and of course drinks throughout the evening. A-rights.

Popcorn, waffle buffet & burgers

The Singer tea and coffee house is open all evening. Hot and cold drinks, sweet and savoury delicacies and Wapriikki burgers are on offer. Those with a sweet tooth will be tempted by the waffle buffet, where you can make an unlimited number of your own waffles with your favourite toppings. And of course: the popcorn machine is hot! A-rights.

Brunch & live music

Weekend brunches will be enjoyed in a factory setting from Saturday to Sunday 26-27.9. 12-16, when you can enjoy the rich food served on the tables accompanied by live music.

The café, exhibitions, boutique and flea market will be open from 11 am to 1 am during the light event.
