On a bird walk, it is possible to observe bird species of an old forest. Kauppi-Niihama nature reserve will expand significantly according to the Nature reserve program. In total, 435 ha will be protected.
The starting point is the Niihaman ulkoilumaja's parking lot at Pikku-Niihamantie 80. The starting time from the starting point is 9 am. The bird walk takes a couple of hours. Guide is Jukka T. Helin.
Bird walk is subject to weather conditions: In case of heavy rain or wind, the walk may be cancelled. Cancellations will be announced on the Pily website's event calendar and Facebook and Instagram event listings no later than the previous evening.
