A contemporary dance performance about humanity, inspired by and old Italian folk song called Bella Ciao.

The beyond.

Two dancers driven by their individual principles, two counterforces on a neverending cycle of breathing, being out of breath and reconfiguring. Mari Rosendahl’s duet piece focuses on the questions of how it feels to exist and whether one thing can exist without the other. Duetto takes influences and comments on world politics in the abstract context.

Work-in-progress performance have been seen in different spaces, which all have influenced the atmosphere of Aliveness.
