Wantra is a visual artist from Tampere who uses electric guitar and effects pedals to create raw and painterly ambient sounds for his art documentary films.
He offers a nourishing brain massage that simultaneously stimulates and relaxes the body and mind of his listeners.
Wantra's music is created in the moment, depending on the current situation, space and mood. He mixes oriental mantra-wave, playful prog and Lynchian mysticism with a pinch of stoner in his music.
