In this workshop we will stop for a moment in the middle of everyday life and give your body exactly what it needs now.
We do safe and gentle Pilates exercises using Pilates apparatus that support the core, pelvic floor, and back.
You will also receive valuable tips on movement, breathing, and recovery during pregnancy.
