Longer 90 min sound journey at Suorama Workers' House

A warm welcome to Kangasa Suorama Workers' House for a longer 90-minute audio tour on Wed 19.11.25 at. 18.00-20.00.

The perfect moment to stop in the warm atmosphere of the Workers' Hall hall under a blanket and let the melodies carry you on your journey.

The singing bowl concert takes you on a sound journey, where in addition to singing bowls, many other therapeutic instruments play.

This sound journey is a healing experience that offers the mind and body a moment of rest in the midst of hectic everyday life.

This evening, hand-forged Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, a crystal harp, kos, sapphires, kong and the sounds of the sea and rain will be played.

The beautiful, different, harmoniously coordinated sounds make many people's minds stop running, and the calming vibrations produced by the sounds lull them into a meditative state. Sore muscles relax, breathing becomes more even and heart rate decreases. 

Regular attendees have reported experiencing the peace brought by sound journeys in their everyday lives and have noticed how much easier it has been to calm their own bodies.

You can listen to these beautiful melodies comfortably under a blanket and with your eyes closed. The sound journey lasts about 90 minutes, in addition to which there is a short time reserved for discussions at the beginning and end. At the end of the evening, a cup of herbal tea is offered.

Take time for yourself <3

You are warmly welcome to be yourself, whether you are participating for the first time or have been there many times. There is no performance in any event, you just get to be in the moment exactly as that moment calls you to be and just stop and listen to yourself, let go of all the trying and doing.

Bring an exercise mat, camping mat or something similar that is comfortable to lie on, as well as a blanket and pillow (loan mats are available, let us know if you need one). It is a good idea to wear comfortable and relaxed clothes and bring a bottle of water. The Workers' House has a lovely cooling breeze, so even in hot weather the space is pleasantly cool, this is worth considering when dressing, as it often gets cool when relaxing anyway.

There are plenty of parking spaces in the yard of the Workers' House directly and you can get there right next to it by bus (lines 40 and 41).
