Teacher Aniello Desiderio
Italian guitarist Aniello Desiderio emerged as a child prodigy in Naples, and is still known by the nickname il Fenomeno. He graduated with honors from the Alessandria Conservatory and has won 18 first prizes and international recognition, including significant success in competitions in Havana, Tárrega and Guerrero. His playing shines with dazzling technique, intensity and singing lyricism.
Teacher Zoran Dukić
Croatian guitarist Zoran Dukić is one of the most respected classical guitarists of his generation. Dukić, who studied in Zagreb and Cologne, built an exceptional competitive career in the 1990s and remains the only guitarist to have won both Andrés Segovia competitions. He was also the first non-Spanish musician to receive a special prize for the best interpretation of Spanish music at the prestigious guitar competition in Madrid. This is a strong testament to his deep connection to the guitar's core repertoire.
The event is part of the Tango–Guitar–Flamenco Week programme. Tampere Tango Festival, Tampere Guitar Festival and Tampereen Flamencoviikko together form the Tango—Guitar—Flamenco Week, which will be held from 11 to 20 September 2026.
