The event has been moved indoors to the Hervanta Leisure Centre due to rain. Communal mid-summer event at the Lake Suolijärvi Beach
Come and enjoy music, art at the nature trail, and other activities at a community Midsummer celebration at the Lake Suolijärvi beach!
Cafe Kuikka will be open throughout the event.
The headliner is Sweet Jeena and her Sweethearts, known for their high energy live show, who build their sound on the diamonds and pearls of early Americana music.
PROGRAMME
3–6 PM – Workshops at the event area:
Reissu-Rulla: Rulla-RÄP – Our Spots (community neighbourhood songs), non-stop from 3–5 PM
A participatory and community-based rap workshop where participants can write Hervanta-themed rap lyrics and learn making beats with a drum machine. The workshop will result in a shared track for participants to remember the experience by. Suitable for all ages, no previous experience needed.

3 PM Peter and Friends - Well-known pop songs “to set the Juhannus vibes on the go!”
4:15 PM Uudet Härmälän pelimannit - Traditional fiddle folk tunes as well as original compositions
5 PM Sweet Jeena and her Sweethearts
The event is hosted by Geni Raitisoja from Tukena Foundation. Cafe Kuikka will be open throughout the event.
