Classical guitar music - captivating contemporary dance
A scent can transport the mind to a lavender field, to your childhood grandmother's house or to a different era in a second. With the help of the sense of smell, you can recognize a person, feel fear or even fall in love.
We set out to create motion material based on different scents. Through the memories associated with them, we eventually ended up in the 70s, in the south of France, and became aware of the territory. How do we behave in private, and how do we conquer a common space?
The performers are students of the Tampere Conservatory of Dance and Music Vocational Education. The work features skillful classical guitar music in the spirit of impressionism and captivating contemporary dance. Welcome - Bienvenue - to our territory!
