A warm welcome to a sound journey to the atmospheric Suorama Workers' Home in Kangasa on Wed 15.4.26 at 18.00-19.30 🌼

Take a break from everyday chores and come and enjoy a moment of being where your body and mind can relax 🫶

The singing bowl concert will take you on a sound journey, where in addition to singing bowls, many other therapeutic instruments will be played.

This sound journey is a wonderful experience that offers the mind and body a moment of rest in the midst of hectic everyday life.

This evening, hand-forged Tibetan bowls, kos, kong and the sounds of the sea and rain will be played.

The beautiful, different, harmonious, well-matched sounds make many people's minds stop running, and the calming vibrations produced by the sounds lull them into a meditative state. Sore muscles relax, breathing becomes more even and heart rate decreases. Regular attendees have reported experiencing the peace brought by sound journeys in their everyday lives and have noticed how much easier it has been to calm their own bodies.

You can listen to these beautiful melodies comfortably under a blanket and with your eyes closed. The sound journey lasts about 60 minutes, in addition to which there is a little time reserved for discussions at the beginning and end. At the end of the evening, a cup of herbal tea is offered.

Take time for yourself ♥️

You are warmly welcome to be yourself, whether you are participating for the first time or have been there many times. There is no performance in any event, you just get to be in the moment exactly as that moment calls you to be and just stop and listen to yourself, let go of all the trying and doing.

Bring along an exercise mat, camping mat or something similar that is comfortable to lie on, as well as a blanket and pillow (loan mats are available, let us know if you need them). It is a good idea to wear comfortable, warm and relaxed clothes and bring a bottle of water. In cooler weather, wool socks are the best <3

There are plenty of parking spaces in the yard of the Suorama Workers' House and you can get there right next to it by bus (lines 40 and 41).
