Learn a tantric hug! Bring a friend or hug me, I'll teach you the tantric way. Meet me during Manse Pride 2025 main celebration in Sorsapuisto, on Saturday, June 14. I will be at Kaleva end of the park with a Silja Helinä- Queer tantra banner. Free of charge.

The park is an accessible space and open to everyone. You can arrive on foot, by car, or using public transportation. The event is also suitable for children and youth.

Your teacher:

Silja Helinä is a tantrapreneur, mental coach and health care professional based in Tampere. She is a Manse Pride 2025 partner and a member of We Speak Gay-community. She has a passion for guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery and connection.

Drawing from her extensive experience in mental coaching, midwifery and tantra, she creates transformative experiences for individuals and couples, especially within the LGBTQ+ community.

Silja's work is rooted in promoting equality, inclusion, and sustainability, offering safe and playful spaces for people to explore their bodies, boundaries, and relationships. 

Silja believes in the power of authentic connection and playful exploration as a means to create a more fulfilled, balanced, and joyful life.
