Wed 14.1.26 Relaxing drum and sound journey at Suorama Workers' House

A warm welcome to a relaxing sound journey to the atmospheric Suorama Workers' House in Kangasa on Wed 14.1.26 at 6:00 PM-7:30 PM.

You will enjoy a relaxing drum journey that lasts about 50 minutes. In addition to the drum, you will enjoy the beautiful raindrops and the sounds of lovely koshi bells. There is a short guided relaxation at the beginning and if the sound lasts, a guided drum journey will be made on a journey of the imagination. Some people find drumming more relaxing than singing bowls, so if you have ever tried a sound journey with singing bowls, I recommend trying the drum journey as well.

You can hear the relaxing and grounding sound of the drum in different parts of the room and I will also drum above the body of everyone who wants to, so you will feel the vibration of the drum in your body. After the drumming, anyone who wants to can draw a card for themselves from the Untamed Wisdom Power Animal card deck. Finally, there will be some time for discussions and herbal tea will be available.

Take time for yourself <3

You are welcome to be yourself, whether you are participating for the first time or have been there many times. There is no performance in any event, you can be in that moment exactly as that moment calls you to be and just stop and listen to yourself, let go of all the trying and doing.

Bring your own platform, a camping mattress, exercise mat, yoga mat or even a sun lounger cushion works well as a platform, you will also need a blanket and pillow. If you don't have any platform at home, send a message and I will lend you one.

Dress in comfortable, relaxed and warm clothes, wool socks are highly recommended. It is worth bringing your own water bottle and it is also a good idea to pay special attention to drinking enough water during the day. The room cannot be completely dark, so an eye pillow, sleep mask or even a small towel in front of your eyes will help.

There are plenty of parking spaces in the yard of the Suorama Workers' House and you can get there right next to it by bus (lines 40 and 41).
