The work combines puppetry, media art, juggling, clownery and information content. The sea is brought to the stage with the help of shadows, mirrors and projections. The light creatures created with Marttila's mirrors swim freely in the space, moving from ceiling to floor in an instant. The projections utilize analog film and underwater research material by marine biologist Edith Widder.
