What? Pilates with Pride: Child + Adult Mat Pilates

What? Dynamic Pilates with Pride: Mat+ is a rainbow mat Pilates class open to everyone in the LGBTQIA+ community where you do Pilates together with your child. It is suitable for all levels and will make you feel energized. No previous experience required!
Attire: suitable clothing and socks for indoor exercise (grip socks if you have them)
Accessibility:
Choose Joy Studio is located at street level and the premises are accessible, but this class is in our basement studio where you go up the stairs. There is a small threshold in front of the front door. There is no disabled toilet.
