“Karkelot” is K A K É’s first solo exhibition, showcasing his work from 2024–2026. At the heart of “Karkelot” is joy and delight, which are evident in the colors and themes of the works. The works in the exhibition are experimental and, as such, unique pieces that reflect the artist’s “sacred play.” At least three times as many works were produced for the exhibition, but only these have passed the artist’s rigorous selection process. The exhibition also features the artist’s first multidimensional tribistic works, which challenge traditional visual language and language within the image. On top of that, the sculptures and paintings in the space are accompanied by the colors and shapes of hip-hop in the form of sound vibrations (shoutout to DJ Ronion for the mix).
But above all…
Karkelot is a BLAST.
