Sauna therapist Johanna Hurme (Phytotherapist) will bring a pampering herbal sauna to Saunatemple on Mother's Day. In the silence of the sauna, you can enjoy a cooling herbal infusion and steam baths, where the scents of birch, thyme, rosemary and pine relax you. You can also exfoliate your skin with an herbal glycerin-sugar scrub or a honey scrub.
At the end of the sauna, spring water is available, to which you can add flower drops if you wish. Frantsila's Finnish flower therapy drops are available, which have been developed to treat emotions and moods. Finnish flowers are exceptionally powerful sources of energy because they have been allowed to grow in pure soil, in the light of a nightless night. The herbal sauna does not use essential oils. The steam baths and scrubs are made from herbs by brewing or crushing the plant itself for skin exfoliation.
