In July, August and September, a sound journey will be created in front of the Sauna Temple, where the sound of gongs, crystal bowls and koshi bells merge with the heat of the sauna, the steam and the silence of nature. This creates a sacred space for peace and inner stillness. During the ritual, you can take a sauna, rest, listen and just be – surrendering to the support of the voice and the presence of what wants to become whole or open up in you.
