Poem Laundy goes Pride
Come and experience grand ideas and a whilrwind of emotions in the atmospheric Lielahti Manor!
Runopyykki, or "Poem Laundry" invites the audience to join a shared journey, combining music with texts by Finnish poets who have lived in the many colours of the rainbow community.
Developed in 2016 by theatre artist-singer Jarmo Skön and theatre musician Silja Kuoppala, this performance concept brings the full spectrum of life to the stage, through spoken word and music, engaging the audience with openness. This concert is filled with emotion, tears and smiles, moments of awakening, and shared reflections on life.
The event takes place in the lobby of the Lielahti Manor, where you can also enjoy treats from Café Kartano, wines from an award-winning selection, or high-quality coffee.
Duration: approx. 50 minutes
Performers: Jarmo Skön & Silja Kuoppala DUO, Tampereen taidekasvatus ry.
Welcome, free entry!
The event follows Safer Space Guidelines.
