What? The dynamic Pilates with Pride: Teen + Adult Equipment Pilates class is suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling energized. No previous experience required & can also come without a teen.
Attire: clothing and socks suitable for indoor exercise (grip socks if you have them)
Accessibility:
Choose Joy Studio is located at street level and the premises are otherwise accessible, but there is a threshold in front of the front door. There is no disabled toilet.
