The Gardeners theatre performance in Hiedanranta

Gardeners Anna Lapio and Ulla Harava find themselves working in the same garden. Each has her own ideas about what flowers need, and working together proves anything but easy. Fortunately, growing alongside someone else can also mean learning new things, discovering fresh perspectives, and finding common ground.

Amid the comedy and chaos, the performance also explores what it feels like to live in an environment where everyday matters are handled in a language unfamiliar to you.

The main language of the performance is Finnish, with Italian, English, and possibly some of the audience’s own languages woven into the show.
