What? Dynamic Pilates with Pride Mat is a rainbow Mat Pilates class open to everyone in the LGBTQIA+ community. It is suitable for all levels and will make you feel energized. No previous experience required! You are welcome just as you are <3
Dressing: suitable clothing and socks for indoor exercise (grip socks if you have them)
Accessibility:
Choose Joy Studio is located at street level and the premises are accessible, but this class is in our basement studio. You have to go up the stairs to get there. There is no wheelchair access.
