The joint concert of two rising artists will feature FER's unique alternative pop and Haidi's melodic pop.
The summer evening at the villa features music from two emerging artists.
FER (Jennifer Markin) is a fresh indie artist who immerses herself in the dark open sea of alt-pop. The songs that have been played on Radio Helsinki, for example, are a glimpse into FER's unique international style, in which you can hear influences from 20th century R&B to British pop.
FER's music and lyrics strongly reflect the singer's strengths: she is an introverted melancholic whose inner world resembles Seattle's bubble wall. In her lyrics, FER reflects on fears and dreams, mental health and the longing for connection.
Haidi is a pop artist from Pietarsaari, whose songs combine strong melodies and life-like lyrics. Haidi released her debut album "Takas hetkiin" in November 2023, and a second album is in the works. In her songs, Haidi highlights important turning points in life - moments when everything changes and the landscape takes on new colors. The atmosphere takes the listener to the vastness of the starry sky, to city apartments, granite stairs and back to the dirt roads of youth.
The gig will feature the artists' previously released and completely new songs as solo and duo!
