Drum sound journey

Warmly welcome to enjoy a small group drum sound journey to the Pirtti, built in 1861, which exudes history in the Niemenranta area.

You will enjoy a relaxing drum journey that lasts approx. 50 minutes. In addition to the drum, you will enjoy the beautiful raindrops and the sounds of lovely koshi bells. There is a short guided relaxation at the beginning. Some people find drumming more relaxing than singing bowls, so if you have ever tried singing bowl relaxation, I recommend trying drum relaxation as well.

You will hear the relaxing and grounding sound of the drum in different parts of the room and I will also drum on the body of each willing person, so you will feel the effect of the drum's vibration in your body. After the drum journey, everyone who is willing can pick up a card for themselves for this moment from the Untamed Wisdom Power Animal Card Deck. Finally, there is a moment of time reserved for discussions.

Take time for yourself ♥️

You are welcome to be yourself, whether you are participating for the first time or have been there many times. There is no performance in any event, but you can be in that moment exactly as that moment calls you to be and just stop and listen to yourself, let go of all the trying and doing.

Bring your own platform, a camping mattress, exercise mat, yoga mat or even a sun lounger cushion works well as a platform, you also need a blanket and a pillow. If you can't find any platform at home, send a message and I will lend you one 

Dress in comfortable, relaxed and warm clothes, wool socks are a big recommendation. It is worth bringing your own water bottle and it is also a good idea to pay special attention to drinking enough water during the day. The room cannot be dark, so an eye pillow, sleep mask or even a small towel in front of your eyes will help.
