What kind of relationship do you have with buns and bun making? Kneading the dough, decorating the buns and taking the first bite of a fresh bun? We want to offer this special bun workshop for you, your friends and children, where you can bake the most beautiful flower buns of the summer
From the summer flowers of Frantsila Farm. The bun dough feels wonderful between your fingers, and what kind of bun do you want to fashion? Old man, old woman, wood, airy? Will you choose lavender sugar, marigold butter, sage butter or rose petals to decorate and flavor your buns? In the workshop you will be able to: – shape your own flower buns from the summer flowers of the Frantsila farm – enjoy the garden of the Frantsila farm while the buns are baking – decorate and finish your own freshly baked buns and finally enjoy the most beautiful flower buns or take them home with you. Time: July 4, 2026, 2-4 p.m. Venue: Frantsila farm, Kyröspohjantie 320, 39100 Hämeekyrö Register by June 30, 2026. Registration via the link on the page.
Price: 25 euros, including the buns you make and juice/tea to enjoy (adult + 2 children under 10 years old total 60 euros). The event is paid in advance approx. 1-2 weeks before the event.
You can also book a delicious vegetarian lunch at 12.30-13.00 and you will be able to enjoy Frantsila's nutritious vegetarian lunch before the creative bun workshop. Price 17€ per adult, or 30€ for an adult and two children.
The garden is in full bloom and you can enjoy a moment of digestion before the workshop while admiring the garden.
The workshop includes all supplies, the magnificent summer flowers of Frantsila Farm, and bun dough baked in the morning. A few aprons are available at the farm, but you can bring your own baking apron. The bun dough is lactose-free and egg-free. With advance notice, we can prepare a gluten-free bun-like treat.
