Relaxing sound journey

Warmly welcome to enjoy a relaxing sound journey on Thursday 3.7.2025 at 18.00-19.30 at Vammalan Seuratalo, Sastamala ✨

The sound bowl concert will take you on a sound journey, where in addition to singing bowls, many other therapeutic instruments will be played.

This sound journey is a healing experience that offers the mind and body a moment of rest in the midst of hectic everyday life.

At the end of the evening, it is wonderful to head home relaxed and prepare for sleep. 

This evening, traditional Tibetan singing bowls, as well as many other therapeutic instruments, will be available.

For an hour, you can lie under a blanket with your eyes closed and just relax, listening to the harmony and vibration of the bowls. Breathing becomes more even and deeper, heart rate decreases and mind becomes calmer.

Take time for yourself ♥️

You are welcome to be yourself, whether you are participating for the first time or have been there many times. There is no performance in any event, you can be in that moment exactly as that moment calls you to be and just stop and listen to yourself, let go of all trying and doing.

Bring your own platform (yoga mat, camping mattress, sun lounger cushion), pillow and blanket. During the sound journey, you can lie comfortably under a blanket, or you can also sit if you wish. You can borrow a yoga mat, let us know in the registration message if you need it. Dress in comfortable and relaxed clothes, and also bring some warm clothes, as the body often gets cold when it relaxes. Remember to also bring a bottle of water. There will be a short time for discussion at the beginning and end, and singing bowls for approx. 60 min.
