Once a month we gather to Shen Garden at Finlayson to dance at 8 am :)
Morning disco is a fun and liberating dance event. You can express yourself however you wish, just respecting the others and the space. We dance through disco hits of the decades.
Wear something nice and glittery or just be yourself, however you wish. Our Disco host is Elisa Piispanen, She is an actress and yoga teacher and makes everyone fell at home on the dance floor. You can move as you wish.
