The Naivists return to Sammaljoki! The major exhibition in summer 2026 will feature a delicious selection of works by Finland's leading naivist artists from the extensive collection of naivist art by the Finnish Gallup Foundation. In 2025, the collection of the Finnish Gallup Foundation, which includes over 700 key works and artists of naivist art, found a new home in Sastamala. This summer, Martti Huuhaa Innanen will be joined on stage by renowned female naivists: Anita Backlund, Annukka Grönlund, Alice Kaira and Raija Nokkala. Naivist art leaves no one indifferent: there will be heartwarming humor and witty perspectives without forgetting the warm heart of naivism! Welcome to an unforgettable exhibition in the middle of the Finnish summer!
