Ceremonial cocoa in Tampere: a gentle ritual for presence

Welcome to ceremonial cocoa in Tampere.

In the evening you will learn the secrets of ceremonial cocoa and how to prepare a delicious drink and chocolate at home. You will also experience how ceremonial cocoa can bring clarity and peace without overexcitement.

• A shared circle and instructions for making your own chocolate

The event is suitable for those who need a break from everyday life, want to explore ritual as part of well-being or want to learn a safe and tasty way to prepare cocoa delicacies. No previous experience is required.

Please note: cocoa contains theobromine and a small amount of caffeine.

We recommend a light meal 2–3 hours before the event and good hydration.

If you are taking MAO inhibitors, have heart or blood pressure issues, are pregnant or sensitive to stimulants, please let the instructor know - if necessary, we will offer a smaller dose or an herbal drink.
