Relaxing sound journey

Warmly welcome to enjoy a small group sound journey on Tue 17.6.25 at 19.15-20.30 to the Pirtti, built in 1861 and full of history in the Niemenranta area.

The Pirtti is located in Lielahti next to the magnificent cattle building designed by Birger Federley. The Pirtti has been renovated and its outer walls have also regained their original yellow color.

Inside the Pirtti, there is a wonderfully serene atmosphere and the beautiful log walls and wooden floor provide a wonderful setting for a sound bowl concert.

The Pirtti has excellent transport connections to and from Tampere. For example, the journey from Pyynikintori takes approx. 10 minutes by tram and the walk from the tram stop to the Pirtti is approx. 400m.

The singing bowl concert takes you on a sound journey, where in addition to singing bowls, many other therapeutic instruments play. A relaxing sound journey is a healing experience that offers the mind and body a moment of rest in the midst of hectic everyday life.

At the end of the evening, it is wonderful to head home relaxed and prepare for sleep.

This evening, the main instruments are traditional Tibetan singing bowls 🎶

in addition to which the sound world is enlivened by many other therapeutic instruments.

For an hour, you can lie under a blanket with your eyes closed and just relax, listening to the harmony and vibration of the bowls. Breathing becomes more even and deeper, heart rate decreases and mind calms down.

Take time for yourself ♥️

Bring your own platform (yoga mat, camping mattress, sun lounger cushion), pillow and blanket. The harmony bath is received comfortably lying under a blanket, you can also sit if you wish. You can borrow a yoga mat, let us know in the registration message if you need it. Dress in comfortable and relaxed clothes, also bring some warm clothes, because when the body relaxes it often gets cold. Remember to also bring a water bottle. At the beginning and end, there is a moment of time reserved for conversation, clinking glasses for approx. 60 min.
